Forbes Flatlands Hang Gliding Championships 2025 As you know, it takes a mountain of support and volunteers to host a tow meet! The task committee of Jonny Durand, Oliver Chitty and Steve Crosby did an amazing job of making the most of this year’s strong wind conditions and set five strong tasks, each one over 100km. Special thanks go to our crew: Wesley Hill – Meet Director and Scorer, Greg Cain – Launch Director, Craig Taylor – Weath- erman, and our amazing tug pilots Steve McCarthy, Marco Carelli and John Blain (Blaino) as well as to all the volunteer girls and boys who keep coming back year after year to make our meet as safe and fun as Craig Taylor on tow behind Blaino in the red Dragonfly
