42 SKY SAILOR March-April-May | AUTUMN 2026 Bald Hill was blowing a gale so we gave it a miss and went to check out Tunbridge Heights. Then went to check out the other launch at Single Hill. Andy set up, but there was no flying to be had, however, we did meet three very friendly goats and some paraglider pilots. Day 6 was spent at Single Hill – the other launch. Day 7 and back to Winton – again! Quite possibly the most amount of hang gliders set up on Winton Hill ever! Day 8 was spent dune gooning at Hope Beach – the perfect way to end an awesome flying holiday. Shredder got some awesome drone footage as he is still not allowed to fly until his shoulder comes good from the Corryong competition.
