What are you trying to prove and to whom? Complacency : ‘This flight will be the same as the last one here because the conditions are the same.’ You’re not assessing the day on its merits and adjusting your risk assessment accordingly. You aren’t thinking ahead to what could go wrong and working out what you’ll do about it. Do you recognise any of these traits in your- self? None of us are perfect, and it’s important that we each of us put the ego aside, take a long, hard look inside and be objective about how we tick.
