The SRS is for pilots who have outgrown fun and national competitions and are looking to take the next step, and for experienced EN-B and EN-C pilots (including those flying two- liners) who want to be able to enjoy racing on a level playing field. Each event has prizes for the following categories: • • Overall – All gliders in the competition • • Standard – All gliders EN-B and below • • Women – All females • • 85kg class – Pilots under 85kg • • 100kg class – Pilots under 100kg A Constructor’s Trophy is given to the top team consisting of a maximum of four pilots. The SRS competitions are also proving popular with partners as they are mainstream and accessible to virtually all pilots in the sport. There is a dedicated stand for sponsors at each event. The net result of which seems to be lots of prizes! Priority for places in the series is given to pilots who are committed to taking part in Sports class competitions.
