SAFA Operations were advised, and PIC received a final warning advising them of imminent referral to CASA for illegal flight operations. They then renewed their membership. All pilots are reminded that our flight operations require membership of SAFA. Non-compliance is a breach of Civil Aviation Act (1988), Section 20AB and can lead to prosecution.
