5 SPRING 2026 | September-October-November SKY SAILOR With all the wisdom that comes from four weeks in the job, what I can see is an organisation that’s continuing to grow and improve. My job is to build on what’s already working, keep our focus firmly on members and look for ways to do things better and more efficiently. We run a very lean operation, so managing costs and making sure we use our resources wisely will always be an important part of the equation. And finally, a big thanks to everyone who has reached out over the past four weeks. I’ve really appreciated the welcome. See you on the hill…
