The event aims to reinforce safety messag- ing, strengthen our safety culture, and gather valuable input on current systems and areas for improvement. Opportunities like these are crucial for building an even stronger safety culture around the safe operation of all our members and administered aircraft. Having served as an SSO for well over a decade, I know that the start of summer brings some magnificent flying days, but equally, conditions that can exceed the skills of newer pilots.
